It’s the first day of fall, and time for a Hot Bite report because salmon fishing is excellent right now.
We’re seeing wide-open fishing on fresh king salmon from 10 to 30 pounds.
Not only that, but when early limits allow, we’re switching gears to catch steelhead too!
It’s a fantastic time to get out on the water. The weather is good, and the fishing is hot. We’re also fishing well away from crowded madhouse fishing holes like the Outlet.
