“It’s Crazy How Many Fish There Are”
We’re getting close to the end of the Feather River salmon season on October 31… but the fishing is still excellent.
It’s been a late run this year, and the salmon just keep on coming. Fresh fish are entering the river every day, and in the mornings, the fish are jumping everywhere. It’s really a sight to see.
People are not used to booking this late in the season, but this year’s late run has been exceptional. Even if you’ve been out already this year (and especially if you haven’t), it’s hard to beat this year’s late-season action.
Fishing is simply very, very good right now, and we are catching lots of fish every day. It’s a great time to get out and get some fish on the line for the table and smoker.
